I wanted to thank you for your excellent product, the Mac PL-50 Vertical Home Lift. My husband was a 27-year United States Army veteran and confined to a wheelchair when we purchased our home in 2004. We had two lifts installed; one in the garage and one outside for access to the deck and back yard. He had a power wheelchair and the lifts never had a problem with the heavy weight. We didn't experience mechanical problems at any time, even with the outside unit. My husband could easily maneuver his wheelchair on and off the lifts and could access the control with no trouble. The lifts gave him independence despite his handicaps.
Thank you for helping my husband's life in a wheelchair be a little less frustrating for him. I highly recommend your product to anyone with mobility issues - it's better than a ramp!
